Job Description


  • Experience: 5 to 8 years Opening: 02 The Sales Head will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the companys market presence. This leadership position involves strategizing and executing sales plans, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities 1)Sales Business Development:
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold outreach, inbound marketing, and networking.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals, securing long-term contracts with clients.
  • Acquire new clients while ensuring retention through excellent relationship management. 2)Digital Marketing Expertise:
  • Understand and effectively sell digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to clients. 3)Leadership Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve collective and individual goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and development teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Set realistic and motivating sales targets while tracking performance metrics. 4)Market Research Strategy:
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales approaches and align with market demands.
  • Address client concerns and resolve challenges efficiently. 5)CRM Technology:
  • Manage sales pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Utilize sales automation tools to optimize lead nurturing and prospect tracking.
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline, MBA (Preferred)
  • Skills 1)Sales Business Development: Lead generation, strategic planning, negotiation, client acquisition, and retention. 2)Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding social media marketing, and campaign analysis. 3)Leadership: Team leadership, collaboration, goal setting, and performance management. 4)Communication: Client relationship management, persuasive pitching, and negotiation. 5)Analytical Skills: Market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Salary As per industry Standards
