Make outbound calls to potential leads, introducing the company s products/services.
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up.
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the client s needs and assess if they are a good fit for our services.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads through consistent outreach efforts.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead generation goals.
Respond to inquiries and resolve objections professionally and effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads.
Qualification
Prior experience in telecalling, cold calling, or lead generation is preferred, but not mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Confidence in making outbound calls to new contacts and overcoming objections.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Results-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
