Role & responsibilities
1)Contractor Management - Casual Manpower Requirement fulfillment, Attendance, Billing & Compliance verification, Contractor Performance evaluation
2)Recruitment - Closure of Vacancies on time as per Plan, Maintaining database,
3)Joining formalities - Forms, Uniform, Safety Shoes, ID Card, Biometric machine, Induction, etc
4) Administration- Canteen ,Safety Shoes, Uniform, Housekeeping, Security , Hotel, Travel
5) CSR / Event Management - Birthday Celebrations, Employee Get-together, Kaizen Awards, Other indoor & Outdoor activities etc.
6) Attendance And Leave Management
7) MIS Reports - Recruitment, Absenteeism , Attendance, Manpower Headcount, Invoicing, etc.
8) Checking of Statutory documents of Contractual staff & Service Providers
9) Maintaining records - Employee database
10)Checking of Statutory documents of Contractual staff & Service Providers
11)Ensure Statutory Compliance & reports
12) Training - Conducting & Participating in various Training activities
Preferred candidate profile
1) Degree or Diploma in HR / Personnel Management will be preferred. Graduates with experience in handling Contractor manpower, Statutory Compliance , Plant Administration & MIS can also apply.
2) Minimum 3 years experience in handling Contract Manpower, Statutory Compliance, MIS, Non-IT Recruitment and Administration activities will be preferred.
3) Statutory compliance knowledge and experience will be preferred.
4)Must have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
5) Must have good Communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi), Verbal & Written both.
6) Candidates from Manufacturing & Warehousing / 3PL Companies are preferred.
7) Candidates staying in PCMC area, Chakan, Talegaon, Khed areas will be preferred.
8)Shift Timings ; First Shift - 6:30 to 15:30, General Shift - 9:30 to 18:30
9) No Transport facility, Candidate must have own 2-Wheeler
10) Position will be offered as per th Qualification and Experience.
