Seeking individual to define and own Digital Personal Loan Product roadmap across web and app by putting the customer at the core, leveraging AI, automation, and seamless digital first customer journey. Additionally, the role will also build and expand partnership integration stack for Unsecured Business Loans (BL) and Loan Against Property (LAP), enabling scalable, API-led collaboration with fintechs and lending partners. Key responsibilities Build & Launch Prime Digital Personal Loan: Create web and app-based journeys for Prime customers, integrating AI-led credit decisioning, personalization, and real-time approval mechanisms. Drive Innovation & Differentiation: Design features that elevate customer perception rewards, smart nudges, custom offers to make them feel truly prime. Partnership Product Stack Ownership: Collaborate with the partnership and tech team to build theproduct stack required for seamless B2B2C distribution, including LOS, LMS, and API layers. Customer-Centric Design: Use research, analytics, and feedback to refine journeys and remove friction, ensuring high NPS and strong conversion. Cross-Functional Execution: Work with credit, tech, operations, risk, and compliance to align product features with business goals and governance norms.
