Job Description

    Urgent  Hiring "HR Manager"

    Location- Delhi Karkardooma

    Experience- 4 to 8 yrs

    CTC- Upto 60K per Month

     

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the companys strategic objectives by aligning HR strategies with business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and maintaining a productive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for all departments.
    • Develop strategic hiring plans to attract and retain top talent.
    • Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs.
    1. Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Address employee grievances and provide conflict resolution support.
    • Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement improvement plans.
    1. Performance Management
    • Oversee performance appraisal cycles and manage the KPI framework.
    • Guide managers on coaching and performance improvement plans.
    • Ensure consistent application of performance policies.
    1. Policy Development & Compliance
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
    • Ensure statutory compliance with employment laws and company standards.
    • Conduct internal HR audits and maintain proper documentation.
    1. Training & Development
    • Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to support employee growth.
    • Work with leadership to create development pathways for high-potential employees.
    1. Payroll & HR Operations
    • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
    • Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
    1. Strategic HR Planning
    • Contribute to business strategy by supporting organizational development.
    • Forecast future HR needs and plan initiatives accordingly.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree, Preferable Masters degree in Human Resources
    • 47 years of progressive experience in HR,
    • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems (HRMS/HRIS).

    Preferred Skills:

    • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
