- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for all departments.
- Develop strategic hiring plans to attract and retain top talent.
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee grievances and provide conflict resolution support.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement improvement plans.
- Performance Management
- Oversee performance appraisal cycles and manage the KPI framework.
- Guide managers on coaching and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure consistent application of performance policies.
- Policy Development & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
- Ensure statutory compliance with employment laws and company standards.
- Conduct internal HR audits and maintain proper documentation.
- Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to support employee growth.
- Work with leadership to create development pathways for high-potential employees.
- Payroll & HR Operations
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
- Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strategic HR Planning
- Contribute to business strategy by supporting organizational development.
- Forecast future HR needs and plan initiatives accordingly.
- Bachelors Degree, Preferable Masters degree in Human Resources
- 47 years of progressive experience in HR,
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems (HRMS/HRIS).
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
