Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a successful placement process.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking events.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients, providing timely feedback to both parties.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases with candidate information.
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
- Assist with offer negotiations and candidate onboarding processes.
- BE/BTech degree in any field + MBA HR preferred.
- 0-1 years of experience in recruitment, technical hiring, or a related field (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminologies (e.g., Manufacturing, developers, engineers, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (experience with ATS systems is a plus).
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
