    Job Summary:
    Quantastrat Integrators Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with a background in BE/BTech to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for a candidate with up to 1 year of experience who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for
    identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for our clients in various industries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a successful placement process.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking events.
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients, providing timely feedback to both parties.
    • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases with candidate information.
    • Build strong relationships with potential candidates and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
    • Assist with offer negotiations and candidate onboarding processes.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • BE/BTech degree in any field + MBA HR preferred. 
    • 0-1 years of experience in recruitment, technical hiring, or a related field (freshers are welcome to apply).
    • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminologies (e.g., Manufacturing, developers, engineers, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (experience with ATS systems is a plus).
    • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
