Role & responsibilities

• Experience of sourcing LAP from Open Market and managing a team of LAP executives.
• Achieving consolidated monthly target.
• Responsible for LAP Growth
• Identifying LAP loans (Upto 10 Lakhs) to suit the target customers and geographies.
• Enabling business growth by assessing local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth.
• Should have handled a team in the past.
• Bring out the best of branchs personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

Skills:

a) Proficiency in Tamil

b) Candidate should have prior Sales background in SMALL TICKET LAP (UPTO 10 LAKHS)

c) Proven ability to meet targets.
