Job Description

Job Responsibility

Front Desk Operations

  • Welcome visitors in person or over the telephone; respond to or appropriately refer inquiries.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Maintain security by following company procedures, monitoring the visitor logbook, and issuing visitor badges.

Customer Service

  • Attend to walk-in patients and assist with hearing aid repairs.
  • Handle incoming customer calls (PAN India) related to hearing aid services and new inquiries; ensure proper follow-up and routing to the concerned department.
  • Collect payments for repair services and issue receipts.

Administrative Support

  • Manage the work allocation and leave schedules for office boys; ensure smooth daily operations and timely housekeeping services.
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area in line with company policies.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and document management.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain and update records of walk-in patients.

Logistics & Scheduling

  • Maintain the appointment calendar and schedule meetings.
  • Arrange accommodation, travel tickets, and transportation for trainees and new joiners.

Require Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in front office management or a receptionist role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) communication skills
  • Experience in healthcare or service-based environments is an added advantage

Job Specifications Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum Qualifications - Bachelors degree in any stream
  • Preferred/ Additional Qualifications - Certification in office management
  • Minimum Experience - 2 - 3 years
  • Relevant/Additional Experience - Minimum 2 years experience in managing a travel desk
