    Job Summary:*
    KLJ Group is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead and manage the HR operations at its plant in Jhagadia, Gujarat. The *Head HR (Plant)* will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance, driving employee engagement, and aligning HR policies with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have *extensive experience in a manufacturing setup* with a strong focus on labor laws, industrial relations, talent management, and strategic HR planning.

    Key Responsibilities:*

    1. Strategic HR Management:*
    - Develop and implement HR strategies that support plant operations and business goals.
    - Align workforce planning with production requirements to optimize efficiency.
    - Drive HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce productivity.

    2. Industrial Relations & Compliance:*
    - Ensure compliance with *labor laws, factory acts, and other statutory regulations*.
    - Maintain a healthy industrial relations environment and handle *union negotiations, grievances, and disputes* effectively.
    - Liaise with government authorities and legal advisors on compliance and labor-related issues.

    3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:*
    - Oversee end-to-end recruitment for plant-level roles, ensuring skilled manpower availability.
    - Develop succession planning and talent retention strategies.
    - Collaborate with department heads to define workforce needs and skill development plans.

    4. Employee Engagement & Welfare:*
    - Foster a *positive work culture* that enhances employee morale and engagement.
    - Develop *welfare programs* for employees, ensuring their well-being and productivity.
    - Conduct regular employee connect sessions, surveys, and grievance redressal forums.

    *5. Training & Development:*
    - Design and implement training programs for *skill enhancement and leadership development*.
    - Ensure compliance with *safety training* and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) policies.

    6. Performance Management & Compensation:**
    - Implement performance appraisal systems to drive a high-performance culture.
    - Handle salary structures, incentive plans, and annual compensation reviews.
    - Work with management to develop and execute policies for employee rewards and recognition.

    *7. HR Operations & Administration:*
    - Oversee payroll, attendance, and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) management.
    - Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and HR records are maintained.
    - Handle *disciplinary actions and policy enforcement* at the plant level.

    *Key Requirements:*

    - *20+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on plant/industrial HR.*
    - Proven expertise in *industrial relations, compliance, and labor law regulations*.
    - Experience in *handling unions, employee engagement, and workforce planning*.
    - Strong leadership and people management skills.
    - Ability to work in a *fast-paced manufacturing environment*.
    - Knowledge of *HR analytics, performance management systems, and HR policies*.
    - Proficiency in *HRMS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite*.
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    - MBA/PGDM in *HR or Industrial Relations* (preferred).
