Key Responsibilities:*
1. Strategic HR Management:*
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support plant operations and business goals.
- Align workforce planning with production requirements to optimize efficiency.

2. Industrial Relations & Compliance:*
- Ensure compliance with *labor laws, factory acts, and other statutory regulations*.

3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:*

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare:*
