We're Kovaion, we love clean code, strong coffee, and even stronger design. We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer whos part creative lead, part trend-hacker, and full-on visual storyteller.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):

• Own the brand visuals from mood boards to mind-blowing executions
• Create thumb-stopping content for digital, print, social, email, internal events, and more
• Animate with After Effects or Premiere Pro (because static is so last year)
• Mentor junior designers and review their work with a sharp yet kind eye
• Translate abstract ideas into designs people can feel
• Maintain consistency while keeping the brand fresh and relevant
• Collaborate with marketing, tech, product, and HR teams to make every visual count
• Stay on top of design trends, tools, formats, and memes

Your Toolkit:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) non-negotiable
• After Effects / Premiere Pro for motion magic
• Figma or Sketch for design collabs & UI mockups
• Deep love for typography, color theory, grids, and design systems
• Bonus: experience with 3D, branding, or product launch visuals
