What Youll Own:

• Run engaging onboarding bootcamps for freshers and lateral hires in:
• Oracle (Fusion, HCM, Cloud, PeopleSoft)
• MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• SQL (yep, the real-deal, not just SELECT * FROM )
• Design smart learning journeys with hands-on practice, simulations, and zero-boredom.
• Track who's growing and how build learning dashboards that speak ROI.
• Turn individual contributors into team leads and help them own the journey.
• Spot skill gaps before they become project gaps. Youll be the growth hacker of talent.
• Keep things fresh stay on top of tech trends and keep content modern & relevant.

What You Bring:

• 610 years in tech training/dev if youve coded and coached, thats
• Solid grip on:
• Oracle (Fusion / HCM / ERP)
• MERN Stack (Hands-on = bonus points)
• SQL (you should be able to explain joins like youre telling a story)
• Strong presentation + facilitation skills you should own the (virtual) room
• Bonus if youve played with LMS platforms or built gamified learning paths
