We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Lead to join our Software Development and Digital Applications division. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development, digital applications, and an understanding of the latest digital technologies. They should be ready to work on tight targets to generate quality leads and occasionally engage and meet with customers during initial calls and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively generate high-quality, large-sized leads in the software development and digital applications sector.
Sales Funnel Management: Develop and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a continuous inflow of leads that convert into successful business opportunities.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored software solutions.
Customer Engagement: Initiate the first call with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and positioning our services effectively.
Technical Understanding: Leverage engineering and software development knowledge to understand customer challenges and present appropriate digital solutions.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on new client acquisition and high-quality lead generation.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports to the management.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to align sales strategies and address customer needs.
Customer Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with potential leads and manage the customer relationship effectively.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the software development, Digital Engineering or digital applications sector.
Strong technical understanding of current digital technologies, software development practices, and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships and negotiating deals.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under tight targets.
Experience with CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle initial customer calls when required.
