3. **Customer Satisfaction and Feedback**: Ensuring customer feedback ratings remain above 4 is a priority, and maintaining customer satisfaction is central to our efforts. The Sales Team Leader should respond to customer escalations within 12 hours on the ticketing platform to facilitate prompt issue resolution. Strategies to reduce customer attrition and enhance retention rates will also be developed and implemented.
4. **Team Management and Attrition Control**: Monitoring and reducing team member attrition is critical. This can be achieved by fostering a positive and motivating work environment. Addressing team concerns and providing necessary support will help sustain high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. The Sales Team Leader should also recommend high-performing employees for appraisals and recognition.
