We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with over 10 years of experience in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT solutions, particularly in SAP EWM, Databricks, and Snowflake services. The role will require extensive travel to the APAC and Gulf regions to promote and sell our cutting-edge solutions to potential clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the APAC and Gulf regions.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovation and market differentiation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a focus on IT services.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling SAP EWM, Databricks, Snowflake, or related IT solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to APAC and Gulf regions for client meetings and business development activities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team to drive business growth and achieve targets.
