About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Budget Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating insightful reports, providing data-driven recommendations, and supporting the development of data-driven decision-making frameworks. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. In This Role, You Will: 1. Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports and visualizations to present data-driven findings to stakeholders. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive business improvement. Support the development and maintenance of data-driven decision-making frameworks. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes and recommend enhancements. Assist in implementing process improvements and monitoring their effectiveness. Elicit, document, and manage budget requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are appropriately reflected in business deliverables. 2. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate budget updates and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration. Heres What You Need: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Years of experience: 2-5 years Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Job Classification
