Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound leads, identifying new sales opportunities through outbound efforts, nurturing prospects, and helping drive revenue growth. If you are a people-person with a passion for sales and a knack for closing deals, wed love to meet you!

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, remote + twice a week meeting with CEO

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to present and pitch our offerings.

  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos or sales calls for the SMT

Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed

Manage and update CRM in excel with accurate and timely information.

  • Gather customer feedback and share it with the SMT.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, with an experience on selling software-as-aservice (SaaS) products to businesses. Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in SaaS Familiarity with outbound sales techniques and tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Exposure to working in a startup or high-growth environment.
