Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you are responsible for attracting and retaining the top talent of the industry to meet the business requirements. The role involves working closely with the founder's office and other stakeholders to understand the business hiring needs and fulfilling them.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Developing recruitment strategies: Developing and executing strategies to attract top talent, including building relationships with external recruiting partners, sourcing candidates through online job boards and social media, and developing targeted recruitment campaigns.
2. Collaborating with hiring managers: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the required skills and experience.
3. End to end recruitment process: Screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and coordinating in-person interviews, offer negotiations to identify the best candidates.
4. Building employer brand: Building and maintaining a strong employer brand by creating compelling job descriptions, showcasing company culture and values, and engaging with candidates through social media.
5. Managing recruitment metrics: Monitoring and analysing recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
6. Providing guidance and leadership to the recruitment team, including coaching, training and development.
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
