Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, market share, and customer acquisition in the US market.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, content marketing, email, events, etc.) to generate leads, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
Brand Awareness: Lead efforts to position and differentiate our brand within the competitive US market, ensuring our message resonates with target audiences.
Market Research Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Use this data to refine marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, and content marketing, to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Content Creation Strategy: Work with the content team to develop high-quality, relevant content for various channels, such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email newsletters, and social media.
Lead Generation Nurturing: Collaborate with the sales team to create effective lead-generation strategies and manage the lead nurturing process to convert prospects into loyal customers.
KPI Tracking Reporting: Set, track, and report on key marketing performance metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and lifetime value (LTV).
Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with the tools, resources, and messaging they need to effectively engage prospects and close deals.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum impact across campaigns and initiatives.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Partner with product, customer success, and other teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with product launches, customer needs, and company objectives.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role. Previous experience in B2B or B2C marketing is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in [specific industry, if applicable] or a similar field, with a strong understanding of the US market dynamics.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), and CRM systems (Salesforce).

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Creative Innovative: Ability to think outside the box and create marketing campaigns that stand out in a competitive market.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a specific market vertical (e.g., SaaS, healthcare, fintech, etc.).
Knowledge of advanced marketing strategies (growth hacking, ABM, etc.).
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Previous experience with event planning or webinars is beneficial.
