Job Description

• Algorithm modelling, performance analysis, design architecture, system and link level simulation analysis
• Engineering support, testing and verification support, field data analysis
• IP creation, 3GPP/IEEE Standards contribution Qualification
• TL (Bachelors/Masters with 4-6 yrs, PhD with 0-4 yrs)
• Sr. Engg (Bachelors/Masters with 2-4 yrs)
• Engg (Bachelors/Masters with 0-2 yrs) Requirements
• Engg / Sr. Engg / Team Lead
• o Bachelors/Masters from IISc, IIT, IIIT, NIT, Top State Universities
• E&C, Comm & Signal Processing, Telecom
• o CGPA & 8/10
  o Good analytical skills
  o Very good theoretical skills in signal processing, communication systems, wireless domain
• Good background in networks, data analytics and control systems is an added plus
• o Project/thesis related to wireless comm.
• Exposure and working knowledge of the following is desirable
• IEEE and 3GPP standards
• o 3GPP LTE, 3GPP 5G, IEEE 802.16, IEEE 802.11
• CDMA, DVB, Satellite Radar signal processing, Navigation
  technologies (GPS, GNSS, etc)
• Filter design, MIMO, beamforming, synchronization mechanisms, channel estimation/equalization, error correction techniques
• o MATLAB, C and Python programming languages
  o Good written and oral speaking skills
