Wits Innovation Lab is looking for a Senior Golang Developer to join our team in Bangalore (On-Site). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Golang, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis, with experience in building scalable, high-performance backend systems. Roles And Responsibilities. Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using GoLang.. Design and implement high-performance, reliable, and maintainable systems.. Work with databases like PostgreSQL to design efficient and scalable data storage solutions.. Integrate and manage messaging systems such as Redis and Kafka for seamless communication between services.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex backend issues effectively.. Ensure backend systems meet performance and security standards.. Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and incorporate best practices in Skills :. Strong proficiency in Golang with 2+ years of experience. Experience in writing unit and integration test cases. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and concurrency.
