Role purpose: The incumbent is expected to ensure accurate employee data management in SAP for different operating companies. To process all transactional activities within existing and new HR processes ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of service, adhere to the SLA, ensure the data quality, manage transactions effectively to prevent escalations. The incumbent is also expected proactive in ensuring the delivery of a customer focused service to client.
