Job Description
Diverse Lynx is looking for Dynamics AX Finance Functional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey- The Dynamics AX Finance Functional Consultant is responsible for understanding the financial processes and requirements of an organization and configuring the Dynamics AX system to meet those needs
- This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, analyzing financial workflows, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics AX Finance and Operations module
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering:Work closely with business users to gather and understand financial requirements
- Conduct workshops and interviews to capture detailed business processes related to finance and accounting
- Solution Design:Design and document functional specifications based on business requirements
- Configure Dynamics AX Finance and Operations module to align with business processes
- Provide recommendations for best practices in financial management using Dynamics AX
- Implementation:Lead or contribute to the implementation of Dynamics AX Finance and Operations
- Configure and customize the system to support financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets
- Collaborate with technical teams for any necessary customizations or integrations
- Testing:Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure the functionality aligns with business requirements
- Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or defects
- Training and Support:Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to effectively use Dynamics AX for financial management
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Documentation:Create and maintain documentation related to configurations, customizations, and processes
- Keep documentation up-to-date with system changes and enhancements
