Job Description

Diverse Lynx is looking forIIS Admin to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IIS Administrator to join our IT team
• The IIS Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of web servers running Internet Information Services (IIS)
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Windows Server environments, web server administration, and a focus on ensuring the reliability and security of web applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Server Configuration and Maintenance:Install, configure, and maintain IIS on Windows Server environments
• Ensure the availability and optimal performance of web servers
• Web Application Deployment:Deploy, update, and troubleshoot web applications on IIS servers
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth application deployments
• Security Management:Implement and maintain security measures for web servers and applications
• Monitor server logs and perform security audits regularly
• Performance Optimization:Conduct performance tuning and optimization of IIS servers
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal response times
• Backup and Recovery:Implement and manage backup strategies for web applications and server configurations
• Develop and test disaster recovery plans
• SSL Certificate Management:Manage and renew SSL certificates for secure communication
• Implement and configure secure sockets layer (SSL) protocols
• Troubleshooting:Investigate and resolve issues related to web server functionality and performance
• Provide timely support for critical incidents and outages
• Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IIS configurations and processes
• Develop standard operating procedures for routine tasks
