Job Description

Roles

  • Manage a team of tele sales professionals to achieve sales targets through outbound calls.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members for improvement.
  • Ensure timely completion of daily tasks, meetings, and deadlines while maintaining high levels of productivity.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Management:
    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales executives to meet sales targets.
    • Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
    • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to drive customer acquisition.
    • Identify potential business clients, create a sales pipeline, and initiate calls to introduce products/services.
    • Work on account management and client retention strategies.

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
    • Understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions to meet their needs.
    • Handle objections effectively and close deals efficiently.

  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
    • Prepare and share weekly/monthly sales reports with senior management.
    • Use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer information.
