Diverse Lynx is looking for Cassandra Support to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Database Monitoring and Maintenance:Monitor the health and performance of Cassandra databases
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, and optimizations
• Issue Resolution:Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to address performance bottlenecks
• Performance Tuning:Optimize Cassandra database performance based on system requirements and workload characteristics
• Recommend and implement performance tuning strategies
• Security Management:Implement and maintain security measures to protect Cassandra databases
• Stay informed about security vulnerabilities and apply necessary patches and updates
• Backup and Recovery:Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability
• Conduct periodic tests of backup and recovery processes
• Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of database configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Provide documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and network engineers
• Provide support and guidance to developers on database-related issues
• Training and Knowledge Sharing:Conduct training sessions for team members on Cassandra best practices
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance the overall team's capabilities
• 24/7 Support:Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support, responding to critical issues outside of regular business hours
