Job Description
Diverse Lynx is looking for MS Excel Data Analysis to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MS Excel Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources using Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Excel functions, data visualization, and a keen eye for detail.Responsibilities : Data Collection and Compilation : Collect and compile data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Work with internal teams to gather relevant data for analysis.Data Analysis : Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to analyze large datasets.Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support business decision-making.
Data Cleansing and Validation : Clean and validate datasets to ensure data integrity and consistency.Identify and rectify data anomalies or discrepancies.Data Visualization : Create visually appealing and insightful charts, graphs, and dashboards using Excel.Present data findings in a clear and understandable format.
Reporting : Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.Customize reports based on specific business requirements.Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.Communicate effectively with team members to share insights and findings.Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting.Propose and implement enhancements to streamline data-related processes.Documentation : Document data analysis methodologies, assumptions, and findings for future reference.Ensure documentation adheres to best practices and standards.
