A skilled Graduate/Post Graduate professional with hands-on experience in visa processing, staffing, and recruitment in the EU/UK region. Expertise in lead generation, cold calling, inside sales, business development, and client engagement. Adept at explaining complex visa and payroll services to candidates and clients. Proficient in sourcing, screening, and marketing IT candidate profiles on various international job portals. Strong understanding of international and domestic recruitment processes and visa regulations. Proven ability in business development, managing consultant/client relationships, and driving product demos.

  • Recruitment & Lead Generation:
    • Skilled in lead generation, cold calling, and inside sales to drive business growth.
    • Expertise in recruiting IT candidates, sourcing profiles from top job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
  • Sourcing & Screening:
    • Proficient in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job roles.
    • Experience in explaining job opportunities abroad, especially outside India.
  • Marketing & Outreach:
    • Knowledgeable in marketing resumes on international job portals and completing job applications to maximize visibility.
    • Experienced in utilizing social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp groups for sourcing candidates.
  • Business Development:
    • Proficient in Business Development activities, including engaging consultants/clients and demonstrating payroll products.
    • Skilled in scheduling product demos and convincing clients of product value.
  • Communication & Documentation:
    • Strong written and oral communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
    • Skilled in email etiquette, email campaigns, and clear communication.
  • Tools & Technologies:
    • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word for documentation and reporting.
