About this Role
The Process Architect will provide a step change to extend and complete strategic programmes covering Enterprise Mobility, Unified Communication, Fixed Connectivity, Cloud & Security propositions to deliver an end-to-end customer experience lifecycle aligned with Vodafone Brand and industry best practices. The key focus will be to architect, design, build, assure cost-to-serve standards, and implement service operating patterns and models based on continuous improvement and right sourcing at a worldwide level.
Who are you
The role requires expert collaboration with senior cross-functional stakeholders and architects to develop strong relationships across portfolios, which is needed to execute customer experience (CX) and solution analysis to prescribe effective start-up and design prescriptions for complex propositions into agile project teams. Experience in customer experience design, complex business change and transformations, and customer journey definitions is essential to develop high-quality and strategically aligned market and business acceptable service solutions.
