Job Responsibilities:
- Support translation or review of documents from Portuguese to English and vice versa.
- Tag and classify Portuguese content as per guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quality and
timely delivery of tasks. - Maintain accurate records and documentation of assigned work.
- Read and write provided text in the prescribed format with accuracy and clarity.
- Effectively coordinate and switch between multiple workflows, adapting quickly to a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct thorough web-based research; analyze and interpret data trends and patterns and accurately document findings using written notes and relevant software tools.
- Identify and share feedback on recurring issues for process improvement.
