Sr . QA / Web & Mobile App Tester @ V3Cube

Job Description

V3cube Technolabs LLP is looking for Sr . QA / Web & Mobile App Tester to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Test Planning Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and strategies aligned with project requirements and user stories
• Testing Execution: Perform manual and automated testing, executing test cases to identify defects, bugs, and functional issues in web and mobile applications
• Automated Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using various testing tools (eg, Selenium, Appium) to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Regression Performance Testing: Conduct regression tests to ensure new updates do not impact existing functionalities
• Perform performance testing to assess scalability and responsiveness
• Defect Management: Identify, log, track, prioritize, and manage defects using bug tracking tools, collaborating closely with developers for timely resolution
• Quality Assurance Processes: Implement and improve QA processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance the overall quality of delivered applications
• Documentation Reporting: Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test reports, and metrics for tracking and reporting purposes
• Collaboration Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, to ensure alignment and facilitate seamless testing processes
• Leadership Mentorship: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior QA testers, reviewing their work and helping them improve their testing skills

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in QA/testing roles, specifically in web and mobile application testing
• Proficiency in various testing methodologies, tools (both manual and automated), and frameworks
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills to convey findings, issues, and collaborate efficiently with diverse teams
