Job Description

  • Expertise in Upwork, Guru, PPH, and Fiverr for identifying and closing business opportunities.
  • Practical experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or any other CRM for effective lead management.
  • Develop competitive business strategies that align with company goals and revenue targets.
  • End-to-end expertise in writing compelling business proposals and tailoring solutions for potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build long-term relationships, and provide customized quotations.
  • Strong technical knowledge to handle client queries and propose suitable solutions.
  • Extensive understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, PPC).
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Operations) to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to optimize business strategies.
  • Prepare and present business development reports, performance metrics, and revenue projections.
  • Expertise in writing persuasive business proposals to secure high-value projects.
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales/BDM in a Software Development Company (DM).
  • Experience in team handling, lead generation, and client communication.
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive business growth.
Essential Qualifications
  • B.Tech (Computers) / MBA (Marketing) / BBA / BCA / MCA / Diploma Degree in Digital Marketing
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, project management (digital marketing)
Soft Skills required
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.
