* Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels - Job boards, Social Media, Networking,etc

* Building talent pipelines for current and future openings

* Proactively sourcing Passive candidates

* Conducting Initial phone screening, virtual interviews

* Understanding the technical terms and inclination to learn them

* Coordinating with the hiring managers

* Ensuring a good candidate experience

* Mainitng ATS
