• Configure and manage the AVD golden images
• Configure and manage scaling of the AVD environment
• Implement improvement actions for the AVD system configuration.
• Managing AVD related group policies
• Exhibit good knowledge and understanding of user profiles (FSLogix) solutions.
• Administer and manage Remote Application hosted and MSIX in AVD environments
• Perform, validate and prepare reports of regular patching of the AVD environments
• Perform and validate the user acceptance tests for customers AVD environment

• University Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related area preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Azure Cloud.
• 2+ years of Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience in drafting end user documentation and SOPs following industry standards.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop Solution.
• Embrace challenges, discomfort, and open to continuous learning.
• Exhibit team working/player spirit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of ITIL process and industry best practices.
• Relevant certifications, such as the Microsoft Certified: AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-140
