    Hiring for Business Development Specialist for Financial Service Company 

    Location- Hyderabad 

    Industry Preferences : Insurance /Financial Service /Banking /Edtech 

    Role & responsibilities

    • Require candidates for Business Development with proven ability to develop business.
    • Develop the business of the company by enrolling new members.
    • Guiding the members properly while enrolling for new chits.
    • Ensure submission of proper documentation by members at the time of enrolments.
    • Maintain cordial relations with the members.
    • Work towards achieving the targets set by the Manager / Management of the company.
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our Chit Fund services.
    • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study.
    • Need to make cold calling and schedule appointments to convert leads into sales.


    Preferred candidate profile

    • Proven track record of 1-5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sales.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a history of exceeding targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of investment products and financial services regulations.
    • Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.
    • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
    • Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu languages.
