    Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities- Handle escalated issues from other teams & resolve them efficiently. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer queries and concerns. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software Desired Candidates Profile- 2-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling International Voice Process. Experience as a relevant customer service executives in a premium Contact centre is mandatory. Excellent communication skills in English language; strong verbal and written communication abilities required.
