We are looking for an experienced on-site launch manager who will be responsible for Launching Refyne services physically at the clients location and keeping relationships with the companys clients. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and not just meet but exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities
Launching Refyne product and service physically to the new clients in an effective and efficient manner.
Managing multiple projects at the same time.
Develop launch strategy and process .
Managing on-ground vendors and agencies and comfortable to travel .
Research key customer wants and needs
Suggest solutions that answer clients needs and wants
Ensure timely launch and delivery of the employee financial wellness benefits
Serve as a contact point for on-site launch projects .
Gather, report and communicate clients feedback on service, technology and product delivery
Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
Create reports for upper management
Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Proven working experience of 3 to 5 years in event management and on-ground product launch.
Experience in managing a large portfolio of clients , vendors and Agencies .
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Proficiency in English - written and verbal
Aptitude in networking and building relationships
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
Travel 70%
