QA Delivery Leader @ V2Solutions

Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Testing Technical Manager to lead our testing team. As a Testing Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of testing, from strategy development to execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Responsibilities: Lead the testing team in the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and strategies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to ensure alignment on testing priorities and requirements. Drive the adoption of automation testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Design and implement performance testing strategies to identify and address performance bottlenecks. Stay up to date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption as appropriate. Analyze test results and provide insights to stakeholders on the quality and stability of the software. Work closely with project managers to ensure testing milestones are met on time and within budget. Identify and mitigate risks related to testing activities, escalating issues as needed. Champion best practices in testing, including code reviews, unit testing, and test-driven development. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 20+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation and performance testing. Proven track record of leading testing teams and delivering high-quality software products. Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar. Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools, such as JMeter or LoadRunner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
