LEAD Oracle Database Administrator @ CGI

8+ years of experience in Oracle database administration, particularly with Oracle 19c and above.
In-depth experience with Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC)
Hands-on experience with Oracle Exadata administration
Proficient in MongoDB administration
Ability to identify and resolve database performance issues
Skilled in managing Oracle database users and privileges
Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving database errors
Promptly respond to database incidents and outages
Pinning SQL execution plans for specific SQL IDs to improve performance
Optimize database queries and stored procedures for better performance
Tune indexes and other database objects for performance improvements
Detect and resolve DB/query slowness issues
Proficient in Oracle backup and restore tools (RMAN, EXPDP)
Manage database users and handle space management tasks effectively
Experience with PostgreSQL is a plus
Availability for 5-6 night shifts per month
