Job Description

  • Lead Generation & Business Acquisition : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector through market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy Development : Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth in the IT services and solutions space.
  • Proposal Creation & Presentation : Prepare customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their IT needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure : Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals, ensuring profitable terms while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis : Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams such as delivery, technical, and marketing to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client expectations.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting : Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and forecast future revenue projections to senior management.
  • Education : Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience

 

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on IT products and services.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in IT solutions, software, or technology services.
