Job Description

Develop a comprehensive partnership and alliance strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
Identify potential partners, both within and outside the industry, to create strategic collaborations that support business growth.
Evaluate potential partners based on criteria such as strategic fit, mutual benefits, and market alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership objectives with product development, marketing, and sales efforts.
Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and align with the companys strategic goals.
Work closely with internal teams to develop joint marketing, sales, and co-branding initiatives that leverage partner strengths and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:-Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Proven experience (3+ years) in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
