Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) on Windows-based devices.
Troubleshoot common software applications such as Outlook configuration and printer issues.
Manage ticketing tools to track and resolve customer requests efficiently.
Perform remote support sessions using various remote connection methods.
