One of our client a leading jewellery brand which is also s one of the most widely distributed diamond jewellery brands in India, with its products available in over 6,250 jewellery outlets. It offers a diverse range of designs encompassing rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces, bangles, bracelets, and nose pins. It utilizes VVS diamonds and 18k hallmarked gold in its creations. From 2007 to 2008, It has experienced a growth rate of 49%, achieving a turnover of 1,025 crores (US$ 260 million at that time).

**Responsibilities
Jewelry Store Manager Job Description for Resume Responsibilities
Inspect and ensure the proper operation of security cameras and alarms.
Track by manual and automatic means inventory on display and in back storage.
Instruct employees on policies for handling jewelry, while also showing pieces to customers.
Hire and assign store associates to counters and repair areas.
Schedule work times for staff.
Oversee display of jewelry in counters.
Process credit application or other financings of jewelry purchases.
Provide credit or finance agreement, sales agreement, and warranty information.
Ensure accuracy of price information and discounts.
Supervise delivery of prompt and courteous customer service, including repair and also resizing of jewelry.
Inform customers of the quality, stone type, weight, cuts and other features of jewelry pieces.
Report thefts to law enforcement and insurance company.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate promotional activities and events
Qualifications-Graduate
Proven experience as a store manager in retail
Experience in the jewellery industry is highly desired
Effective leadership and people management skills
Strong sales background with a proven track record
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints
Knowledge of inventory management principles
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
