We are seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Professionals to join our Herbal Vertical. Ideal candidates will come with a proven background in Herbals or Nutraceutical Ingredients and a deep understanding of Herbal Formulators, 3rd Party Manufacturers, and Herbal Exporters.
Develop and manage B2B sales across Raw Herbs, Herbal Extracts, Essential Oils, Vitamins & Nutraceuticals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients from the Herbal, Pharma, Food, and Ayurveda sectors.
Proactively identify, reach out to, and onboard new formulators, 3rd party manufacturers, exporters, and Ayurvedic pharmacies.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and ensure business profitability.
Coordinate and follow up for timely client payments.
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales leads, and transactions using our CRM system.
Submit timely reports and sales MIS as required.
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
3-4+ years of experience in Herbal Raw Materials, Nutraceuticals, Pharma, or Food Industry.
Strong industry network and familiarity with B2B herbal product dynamics.
Self-driven, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
