Job Description

    Company Overview:
    We are a dynamic Fintech organization focused on delivering innovative, secure, and customer-centric financial solutions. As we scale, we are seeking a Voice Process Training Manager to lead training efforts for our voice-based customer support and sales teams.

    Role Summary:
    The Voice Process Training Manager will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for voice process teams. The goal is to ensure high performance, compliance, and an excellent customer experience across all touchpoints.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and manage onboarding, refresher, and upskilling training modules for voice support teams.

    Work closely with Quality, Product, and Operations teams to ensure training content reflects current business needs and product updates.

    Assess training effectiveness through regular evaluations and performance metrics.

    Identify gaps in knowledge or skills and create targeted training interventions.

    Maintain detailed training documentation, SOPs, and feedback reports.

    Lead and mentor a team of trainers to ensure consistency and effectiveness across training sessions.

    Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines relevant to fintech operations.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in any discipline; training certifications are a plus.

    5+ years of experience in voice process training within a BPO or Fintech environment.

    At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial training role.

    Strong understanding of fintech services, customer service metrics, and regulatory compliance.

    Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

    Proficiency with training tools, LMS platforms, and call monitoring systems.

    Nice to Have:
    Experience in a startup or high-growth tech-driven environment.

    Familiarity with AI-enabled training tools or digital coaching systems.

    Fluency in English and at least one regional language.
