Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Gurugram

Experience: 10+ Years

Responsibilities:

- Extensive experience and expertise in Salesforce platform, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations

- Strong English communication skills (B2+) to effectively interact with client managers, development teams, and other stakeholders

- Proven track record of leading large teams and successfully delivering technical projects in a telecommunications or similar domain

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve platform limitations and translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Ability to stay calm and focused under tight deadlines, with a stress-resistant and can-do attitude

What Candidate Will Do:

• Lead the technical vision and provide guidance to a team of developers and technical professionals in implementing integration with external systems, ensuring data integrity and quality, and creating scalable and optimised solutions
• Regularly communicate and coordinate with client managers and development teams to understand their needs and align IT strategy with the organisation's mission
• Educate technology departments about new frameworks and best practices, promoting solution designs that meet business objectives
• Analyse current trends in technology architecture and explore innovative solutions and technologies for continuous improvement
• Oversee and manage technological risks, collaborating with stakeholders to make informed decisions
• Coordinate ongoing activities and translate design concepts into IT operations, ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of technical solutions
• Continuously deliver new functionalities and improvements, perform maintenance, and provide support through optimisation and refactoring efforts
