Job Description
- Time Management, Resource Management, Risk Management, Technical Guidance, written and verbal communication skills
Must-Have:
- Must have 6+ Years of Experience in Project Management.
- Must have Relevant experience in managing Web / Mobile Application Development Projects as a developer or project coordinator or manager.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility,
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques (JIRA, KANBAN, ZOHO)
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Able to Make a Succession Planning in Team.
Good To Have:
- A Certification
- Communication with Clients in the USA, Australia, Canada, Europe, or any other country will be an added advantage.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
