Job Description

To attend the complaint given by respective department Manager.
Arranging for job work/ machining required for completing the engine assembly if required.
Preparation of FSR after resolving the complaint thereby taking customer feedback on FSR report to concerned service Manager.
Carrying out servicing of engines (based on breakdowns, installation checks, AMC's, Survey reports).
Identifying spare parts of D .G set required for Overhauling / repair.
Maintain the daily work dairy as per the format given.
