About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated MBA freshers to join our Sales & Business Development team as Lead Generation Interns (SDRs). This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline building giving you a strong foundation for a future career in sales or business development.


Role & responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and qualify potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, CRM tools, etc.)
  • Initiate outbound outreach to prospective clients and schedule introductory meetings/demos.
  • Understand the product/service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with senior SDRs and sales managers to develop outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to support continuous product and messaging improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • MBA fresher or currently pursuing an MBA (preferably in Marketing, Sales, or related fields).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive, go-getter attitude.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and working in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
