Prospect Identification: Identify and research potential leads and target accounts within our defined customer segments.
Outbound Outreach: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media engagements to connect with prospects and introduce them to our SaaS products and services.
Lead Qualification: Assess the suitability of prospects by asking probing questions to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit with our solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS offerings and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects.
Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations for our Sales Executives to engage with interested prospects.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities within our CRM system.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a coordinated and aligned approach to lead generation and conversion.
Own the Sales Targets : Keep a close track on targets given and deliver MoM by achieving those numbers
What you must have?
Bachelor s degree or at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
2-5 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
Previous experience in outbound sales development or a similar role (preferred but not required).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal..
Willingness to work in the US shift from 7 pm to 4 am
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Proficiency with SalesForce/ Hubspot or other CRM software
Proven track record in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a B2B setting.
Working experience with US clients
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to exceed targets.
