Overview
As an Oracle OIC/VBCS Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving the
implementation and support of Oracle Cloud solutions. Your expertise in Oracle ERP
Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud will be essential as you lead a team of talented
developers in building integrations and extensions that enhance our SaaS offerings.
You will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that project

Requirements
4+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle OIC Cloud, and Oracle
EBS.
Responsibilities
Key Skills
Minimum 3+ years of development experience in Oracle OIC.
Minimum 3+ years of working experience in VBCS.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud, specifically financial modules
Projects, GL, AR, FA, HCM, AHCS, AP).
Oracle Cloud Certifications: Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration 2023
Specialist, Oracle Redwood Application 2023 Developer Associate.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
Design and develop OIC integrations and VBCS extensions based on business
requirements.
Lead the offshore development team, providing guidance and mentorship.
Collaborate with functional teams to analyze and validate technical
specifications.
Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from
requirements gathering to deployment.
Utilize modern practices and tools to enhance development speed and quality.
Respond to service requests from Oracle Support and assist in troubleshooting
issues.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Continuously research and implement new technologies to improve integration
processes and effectiveness.
Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service
VBCS).
Strong understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud financial modules.
Proficient in developing integrations using SOAP/REST web services.
Experience with data migration tools and techniques in Oracle Fusion Cloud
Applications.
Proficient in Oracle Cloud Screen Personalization and Groovy scripting.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
